Thank you for choosing Brazos Valley Pools & Spas. We want you to love your new spa for years to come. This policy explains how deposits, special orders, returns and warranty coverage work, so you can buy with confidence.

Deposits

A deposit reserves your spa and takes it off the sales floor for you. All deposits are non-refundable.

Special Orders

Special orders are built or ordered just for you to your chosen model, colors and options. Because of that, special-order purchases are non-refundable and can't be returned.

Returns

Items that are not special orders may be returned within 3 days of purchase, subject to a 50% restocking fee. Deposits are not refundable. Opened chemicals and installed parts can't be returned.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. If your purchase was financed, the cancellation follows your lender's terms.

Delivery & Inspection

Every spa is inspected and water-tested before delivery. When your spa arrives, please inspect it with our delivery crew before you sign the delivery acceptance. If you notice any shipping or delivery damage, point it out right away so we can document it and make it right.

Jacuzzi Factory Warranty

Every new Jacuzzi hot tub is backed by one of the strongest manufacturer warranties in the industry. As an authorized Jacuzzi dealer, Brazos Valley Pools & Spas provides warranty service locally, so help is just a phone call away. Coverage for North American models:
